With gold seal affixed to lower left; the document is countersigned by the Postmaster General. In fine condition. Matted and framed to an overall size of 26” x 22.” The year of this document, Teddy Roosevelt won the Nobel Peace Prize, finished the first presidential diplomatic tour outside the US, and established the Antiquities Act.
