Full ticket (3.75 x 1.25 inches) issued for the U. S. Olympic Amateur Boxing Finals held at the Cow Palace in San Francisco, California, on May 18, 1960. Graded VG 3 by PSA. This is one of just 4 examples PSA has graded at this level, with just a dozen higher. Cassius Clay (Muhammad Ali) won the Light Heavyweight boxing championship at the 1960 U. S. Olympic Amateur Boxing Finals and later won the gold medal in the light heavyweight division at the 1960 Summer Olympics in Rome, Italy. This is a scarce and significant boxing ticket marking the start of one of the greatest careers in sports history.
