Typed letter on one page of 7.25” x 10.25” white personal stationary from Woodcliff Lake, New Jersey, dated December 27, 1991, and signed at the conclusion in blue ink by Richard Nixon; he also handwrites the inscription, “Dear Lydia.” Correspondence to Mrs. Hamilton Fish reads, in part: “I was delighted to receive the book on Ham…I only wish I had been here so that I could have joined with others in paying my respect to him at the West Point service. Under separate cover, I am sending you a copy of my new book, Seize the Moment. I only wish Ham were here to read my observations about the collapse of communism. He played a major role in bringing about that great event.” In fine condition. Accompanied by a full Beckett/BAS Letter of Authenticity.
