Former football quarterback who played in the National Football League (NFL) for the St. Louis Cardinals from 1966 through 1983 and the Washington Redskins in 1984. Hart was named the NFC Player of the Year by UPI, All-NFC and second-team All-Pro for the 1974 season. Hart was inducted into the Missouri Sports Hall of Fame in 1998 for his contribution to the sport of football. Hart is a member of the Cardinals Ring of Honor.

Offered here is a pair of 8" x 10" football play sheets, each filled out by the legendary coach and signed by him in blue felt tip marker. In excellent condition. Authenticated by Beckett Authentication Services (BAS).
