Black and white 6.5"x 8.5" image showing Ruth standing with a young couple signed across the front, "To Sid Loberfeld and his beautiful wife. Sid my favorite Baseball Announcer Sincerely Babe Ruth". Signature and inscription remain quite bold rating 8/9 out of 10. Loberfeld was a radio man and broadcast some of the very first games with the Brooklyn Dodgers in the early 1930s. The image has a few minor surface scratches with some paper scrapbook residue on the reverse. In overall very good condition. The photograph is fully authenticated and encapsulated by Beckett Authentication Services (BAS), as well as being accompanied by a full Letter of Authenticity from James Spence Authentication (JSA).
