A typed report on one 7.25” x 10.5” page, signed at the conclusion in blue ink in Russian Cyrillic letters by Leonid Brezhnev. In very good to fine condition, with some wear and neat trimming to edges, and encapsulated by PSA to an overall size of 9.75” x 13.25.”

Leonid Brezhnev (1906-1982) was a Soviet politician who served as General Secretary of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union between 1964 and 1982 and Chairman of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet between 1960 and 1964 and again between 1977 and 1982. His 18-year term as General Secretary was second only to Joseph Stalin's in duration.
