American professional football player who was a running back in the National Football League (NFL) in the 1960s and 1970s and earned a Super Bowl ring.[1] He attended Shaw High School in East Cleveland and was an Eagle Scout.[2] Matte was an All-American quarterback playing college football at Ohio State University.

Offered here is a pair of 8" x 10" football play sheets, each filled out by the football great and signed by him in blue felt tip marker. In excellent condition. Authenticated by Beckett Authentication Services (BAS).
