Guglielmo Marconi was a Nobel Prize-winning physicist and inventor credited with the groundbreaking work necessary for all future radio technology. Through his experiments in wireless telegraphy, Marconi developed the first effective system of radio communication, changing how the world communicated, then and now. He is known as the father of wireless technology, creating the foundation for applications in radio, television, telephones, and remote controls. Offered here is a rare 3.5" x 5.5" portrait photograph of the physicist, signed and dated "1936" in black steel tip.
