Offered here is an authentic 1904 Document that has been personally signed and autographed by Theodore Roosevelt & William Howard Taft. This is a rare document signed by 2 Presidents. Taft signed this document as the Secretary of War under Roosevelt. The document is promoting Robert C. Richardson to serve as Second Lieutenant of Cavalry. Two areas of paper loss to the left of Taft's signature have been professionally repaired and the loss affected only two words of text and grazed Taft's signature.
