Léo Arnaud autographed and hand-scored bars of music to the "Olympic Theme" song penned in bold black felt tip marker. This sheet of lined music paper has been entirely scored by Arnaud. The music score is accompanied by a hand-written and autographed letter (ANS) by Arnaud to Adamson in which he goes into great detail to explain the composition of the song and also by the original mailing envelope.
