A UK vinyl pressing of the 1985 Paul McCartney single ‘Spies Like Us’ that has been autographed on the front cover by Paul McCartney in blue ballpoint pen. The signature was obtained outside Paul’s MPL offices in London in either 1986 or 1987. Comes with a letter from the original recipient that reads ‘In the eighties, I went several times to London, intention was to meet Paul at MPL, his business office on Soho square, and get his autograph in person. On June 16th 1986 I succeeded and met Paul the first time, two days before his 44th birthday. The second time was on June 19th 1987, one day after his 45th birthday. Then again, I got a few autographs from him. The one you have now was one of them’. The condition is excellent. Accompanied by a Tracks COA.
