Presented here is an original 27" x 40" double-sided movie poster for "As Good As It Gets", boldly signed by Jack Nicholson,
in blue felt tip marker. Jack won the Academy Award in1997 for Best Actor for his role in this film. Obtained in-person in May of 1998 at
the 27th annual LAPD Golf Tournament in Los Angeles, the poster was very carefully handled and is in very fine condition overall. It doesn't
get any nicer than this one! Jack signed 2 of the same poster that day for the collector. The one he is shown signing is the first poster that is
