Rarity and uniqueness is abound in this offering of Motley Crue's debut album, "Too Fast for Love". For starters, the album itself is a scarcity, being that it is an ULTRA RARE Leathur Records 2nd pressing that was printed by the band and issued prior to being signed by Elektra Records. This particular pressing was the property of "Blue Lagoon" actor Christopher Atkins, who met the band shortly after the release at a local area show in Los Angeles. Signed in black ballpoint pen, the signatures reads, "Chris, Thanx for coming down but really how's Brooke! Vince Neil," "Chris, Here's Metal for ya, Really glad you liked us live, good luck in your future, your a nice guy - Nikki," "Hey Chris, Thanx from Kings of Maniacal Metal, Mick Mars," and last but certainly not least, "Hey Chris, Let's go out and child molest sometime, Tommy Lee 82." Lee, of course, is referencing the controversial nature of Atkins' famed film, "Blue Lagoon". Aside from a tiny sliver of paper loss on the spine, this album is in superb condition and is fully intact, complete with the original inserts. One of the earliest band signed albums we've not only encountered, but have EVER seen! Accompanied by a full Letter of Authenticity from Beckett Authentication Services (BAS).
