Widely regarded as the greatest baseball player of his generation, Mike Trout of the Los Angeles Angels made his MLB debut on July 8th, 2011 during the Angels 4-3 win over the Seattle Mariners. A highly touted prospect, Trout would debut to much fanfare after his abrupt call-up to the Majors, with national media paying keen attention to his first game. Trout would bat 0-3, clearly not a portent of things to come, as Trout would be named Al Rookie of the Year in 2012. Presented here is a Los Angeles Angels ticket from Trout's MLB debut, signed and inscribed by the "Millville Meteor" himself. This Angels box office issued game day ticket showcases a picture of "The Big A", along with the game date, seating location, and price. Trout signed his name in blue felt tip marker. Some light foxing to the signature, otherwise fine. Obtained from an exclusive signing conducted with Trout, with an MLB authentication hologram affixed to the back of the ticket to affirm the autograph's authenticity. Furthermore, the ticket has been graded a MINT 9 and the autograph has been authenticated and encapsulated by PSA/DNA.
