John Entwistle's original handwritten letter to Billy Squier on a 14.5" x 8" piece of shirt cardboard signed by John Entwistle. John also thanks Billy for his part in the recording of Music from Van-Pires. This page contains a hand-written apology from John to Billy Squier. As a result of John's hectic evening at Le Bar Bat in NYC after a gig he was unable to say hello to Billy who had just recorded Rebel Without A Car on Music from Van-Pires. Billy felt snubbed and expressed his feelings to Steve Luongo who produced Billy's track. John wrote this note in his hotel room on this piece of shirt cardboard. Steve advised him to rewrite it on stationary which he did. The stationary letter was delivered to Billy. Everything written on this page was done so by John Entwistle including the "false" blame placed on Steve. Some minor handling wear, otherwise fine. Accompanied by a Letter of Provenance from Entwistle's foundation which details the backstory behind the letter.
