Arguably the coolest group signed Metallica guitar that we've ever encountered, offered here is a Harmony Explorer-style electric guitar, beautifully hand signed in silver metallic marker by all four members of the band from the "Newsted Era": James Hetfield (who inscribes "Fukoff"), Lars Ulrich (inscribed "96"), Kirk Hammett, and Jason Newsted (who inscribes "Metallikatz, 1996"--a name the band jokingly used when doing cover songs, as referenced in the Garage Inc. album release). All four signatures are boldly executed on the body! The guitar exhibits moderate handling wear, especially along the back side as pictured, but for the purposes of a signed guitar will display beautifully in the home, office or mancave of any die-hard Metallica fan.

To say that Metallica group signed guitars are rare is a mild understatement, and this stands as the first "Newsted Era" signed Metallica guitar that we've handled in over 10 years. Given that this is the lineup that made some of the band's most prolific work--most notably "And Justice for All" and The Black Album--it stands as one of the most coveted lineups to have on a guitar. Impressive! Accompanied by a full Letter of Authenticity from Beckett Authentication Services (BAS).
