The band's seventh Capitol studio recording, Revolver, marked The Beatles' entrance into psychedelia, as well as George Harrison's emergence as a songwriter. Often cited as one of the greatest albums in Rock history, it was ranked #3 on Rolling Stone's 500 Greatest Albums of All Time list.
