In 1981, the Sales Corporation of America had what to my knowledge is the only official signing with George Lucas and Steven Spielberg together. (See photos of Spielberg and Lucas signing these).
This print is numbered 148 of 221 and was sold at Sig Cahuenga’s at MGM Studios in Orlando. It comes with the official Disney authentication sticker along with the original paperwork.
