This 3" x 5" envelope has been handwritten by General George Custer, addressed to his wife as "Mrs. Genl Custer". This envelope has evidence of water damage along the left edge towards the center. Inscription remains bold (see images). This envelope has been framed alongside an 8" x 10" photo of "Custer's Last Stand" during the Battle of the Little Bighorn. Overall framed dimensions measures approximately 21.5" x 19.5". Accompanied by a full Letter of Authenticity from James Spence Authentication.
