In addition to game usage, the ball is handsomely signed on the sweet spot by Shohei Ohtani and side panel by Mike Trout in blue ballpoint pen. Aside from obvious game usage the ball stands in fine condition. The autograph is certified by a PSA/DNA authentication sticker.
