This "Echoes, Silence, Patience, & Grace" CD Insert has been personally signed by David Grohl, Taylor Hawkins, Nate Mendel, Drew Hester, Rami Jaffee, Chris Shiflett, and Pat Smear of the Foo Fighters. The CD insert itself is in fine condition while there are some cracks and soiling to the jewel case (see images). This item will include a full Letter of Authenticity from Roger Epperson Authentication.
