Hand signed by all five (5) kids from the film and inscribed with their character names: Denise Nickerson as Violet Beauregarde (D. 2019), Peter Ostrum as Charlie Bucket, Julie Dawn Cole as Veruca Salt, Paris Themmen as Mike Teevee and Michael Bollner as Augustus Gloop.
