One of the men credited with inventing the first successful airplane - Orville Wright - signed this 1931 pilot's license that was issued to a Charles Descomb whose name and photo are front and center. The license is in very good condition and was signed by Wright when he was Chairman of the N.A.A. Contest Committee. License features moderate wear and staining as shown. In overall good condition. Accompanied by a full Letter of Authenticity from Beckett Authentication Services (BAS).
