Showcased here is a Rawlings official Major League baseball (Manfred), boldly signed across the sweetspot by Dodgers ace Walker Buehler and inscribed "16K" in blue ballpoint pen. In addition to being signed, this baseball was used in play on June 21, 2019 during a game between the Dodgers and the Rockies. Specifically, this baseball was pitched by Buehler to Rockies player Ian Desmond twice in the top of the 8th inning before being retired from usage. This game saw Buehler strikeout a career-high 16 batters while being the first complete game of his career. The ball exhibits obvious soiling from game usage but is otherwise fine. The autograph is certified by a PSA/DNA authentication sticker.
