Well preserved 15.5 x 19.5, September 12, 1893 signed Presidential Naval appointment by Grover Cleveland. President Cleveland appoints Henry R. Dillon as Deputy Surgeon General with the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. Signed at the conclusion by Cleveland, and countersigned by Secretary of the War Daniel S. Lamont. Overall in fine condition with horizontal/vertical creases.
