Seldom seen near-mint handwritten off-white note on Ministry of Foreign Affairs letterhead, dated January 12, 1927, and signed at the conclusion by Mussolini. Letter to Count Volpi, the Minister of Finance, in full (translated): I am returning the foreign press clippings, Mussolini, January 12th, 1927." In good condition, well preserved, with a minor hole to the upper left and the autograph grading GEM MINT 10. Authenticated with a full letter of authenticity from Beckett Authentication Services.
