Rare double signed document, two pages, 8.5" x 11", September 19, 1983. Acting on behalf of his production company, Stallone enters an agreement with Polygram Records in which Stallone's company fronts Polygram $60,000 in connection with the production and release of Frank Stallone's record album. The document outlines the terms of the payment and a course of action to recoup Sly's investment based on the record's sales. One could only wonder if Sly ever saw that return!

Boldly signed twice on the second page at the conclusion (once on behalf of himself and again on behalf of his company) in black ink. Some light handling wear along the edges and paper loss in the upper right corner from staple removal, otherwise fine. COA from PSA/DNA.
