Superb portrait picture of the actor who played "The Cowardly Lion" in "The Wizard of Oz", perfectly signed along the from in blue fountain pen ink, "Best Wishes, Bert Lahr." Along with signing the front, Lahr writes again on the back of the photo in pencil, "When you're finished I wish to speak with you, Thank you, Bert." An additional notation in another hand notes that the photo is from New York City, 1943. Very well preserved and in overall fine condition. Accompanied by a full Letter of Authenticity from PSA/DNA.
