Agreement between Grateful Dead Productions and Local One of the I.A.T.S.E union regarding the taping of the Dead’s show on September 24, 1988 at Madison Square Garden. Signed at the conclusion in blue ballpoint by Garcia. In fine condition. Given his early passing and elusive personality, Garcia is one of Rock's rarest autographs--especially on documents!
