Signed document, one page, 8" x 7", from 1999. A formal W-4 form for compensation received by Aguilera for compensation received for performing on The Tonight Show, boldly signed at the conclusion in black ink. Nicely matted along with an engraved descriptive plaque and image of Aguilera and framed to an overall size of 24" x 17". Some light handling wear to the frame itself, otherwise fine. Accompanied by a COA from PSA/DNA.
