It's difficult to picture the Rolling Stones as a bunch of kids, but that's exactly what they were way back in the early 1960s, when this black and white image was taken. All five original members of the Stones—lead singer Mick Jagger, guitarists Keith Richards and Brian Jones (1942-1969), bassist Bill Wyman, and drummer Charlie Watts—have signed this photo, with Jagger and Jones penning in blue fountain pen and Watts, Wyman and Richards signing in ballpoint pen. A photo that was clearly cherished by a young Stones die-hard in the time, this photo exhibits moderate to heavy scattered surface impressions and pin holes in the corners; there is also a tiny bit of ink speckling next to Jones' autograph (but not affecting the autograph itself).
The Stones stand as one of the greatest rock bands of all-time, likely only rivaled by those boys from Liverpool. Quality vintage signed photos, such as this, are few and far between.
