Legal document, one page, 8" x 10", on onion skin paper. A formal acknowledgement page in which Charlie Chaplin's lawyer acknowledges a date change to a hearing as it related to Chaplin's divorce, dated June 6, 1935 and signed by Chaplin's lawyer. This document pertains to Chaplin's divorce from his second wife, teenage actress Lita Grey. When the divorce was finally settled, Chaplin was obligated to pay Grey over $600,000.
