This extremely scarce signature belongs to actor Steve McQueen, who died in 1980. It's difficult to find a McQueen signature in any form since he was a very difficult signature and then died at the age of 50. He won an Academy Award for his role in “The Sand Pebbles” and also starred in “The Magnificent Seven”, “Bullitt” and “The Great Escape”. McQueen was the highest paid actor in 1974 and was nicknamed "The King of Cool" since he did most of his own stunts. The signature is on a 2.75” x3.25” album page, signed in blue steel tip pen and arrives with a auction-style Letter of Authenticity from James Spence Authentication (JSA).
