Signed at the conclusion by Jackson and countersigned by Commissioner of the General Land Office Elijah Hayward. Orange paper seal affixed to the lower left remains fully intact. Intersecting folds, some light scattered soiling, 3 minor holes near the bottome middle, otherwise fine condition.
