Signed one page letter as President, 7.25" x 9.25", White House letterhead, August 6, 1951. President Truman sends a brief letter of thanks to Judge Thomas A. Kenney for his assistance with a tour Truman took of Detroit. Nicely hand signed by Truman at the conclusion in black ink. In overall fine condition. Accompanied by a full Letter of Authenticity from PSA/DNA.
