Sadly, due to an accident in 1958, Campanella's career was cut short to only 9 years, with Roy being named an All-Star in 8 of the 9 seasons. Offered here is a pre-1958 near-mint signed 4" x 7" receipt inscribed "Best Wishes, Roy Campanella."
