Houdini, acting as President of the Society of American Magicians, signs off approving another member to the prestigious club! A 'Card of Identification' certifying that R.L. Gilbert "Is a member (#632) in good standing until the Annual Meeting in June in 1923;" printed in two colors on blue cardstock, bearing a black ink bold "Harry Houdini" signature, as President, near the bottom; also signed by "Richard Van Dien" as Secretary. 2 1/2" x 4". Well preserved and in fine condition, with some handling wear to the edges and minor paper loss toward the middle of the card, none of which hinders Houdini's signature at all. The signature is so excellent, in fact, that PSA/DNA have given it a grade of MINT 9. Authenticated, graded and encapsulated by PSA/DNA.
