A interesting letter mentioning one of FDR's closest advisors & a huge part of the "New Deal", Harry Hopkins. Signed at the conclusion by Roosevelt in fountain pen & addressed to Nanny "Nan" Wood Honeyman the first woman elected into the United States Congress. Overall in fine condition. Accompanied by a full letter of authenticity from PSA/DNA.
