Unbelievably rare display consisting of partial document signed by "George Washington", the "ton" in "Washington" cut from this remaining portion of document & reattached at conclusion of signature. Also included are several strands of his hair PLUS a tiny square of red cloth from his coat, custom framed & matted with portrait & plaque. Overall size 15" x 15.5". Authenticated by University Archives & accompanied by their certification. Signature authenticated by PSA/DNA and accompanied by their Letter of Authenticity.
