Montana has also inscribed his number "16" and nickname "Joe Cool." The helmet includes a Letter of Authenticity from Sports Art, which has a picture from the signing where Joe signed these stat helmets on November 13, 1998. The signing was held in Atlanta, with this helmet being number 183 of the 249 limited edition. Also accompanied by COA from PSA/DNA.
