Dated September 1, 1911, measuring 7.75" x 10", a letter to the Honorable John E. Davis on State of New Jersey Executive Dept. letterhead, signed at the conclusion by Woodrow Wilson. There is a handwritten note at the bottom, evidently written in the hand of the daughter of Davis. The letter has quite a bit of handling wear, staining, and creasing, and a tear to the left side.
