Signed on the front cover by all five members including: Mark Mothersbaugh, Bob Mothersbaugh, Alan Myers, Gerald Casale and Bob Casale. All Mint black sharpie signatures. Overall in good condition with minor handling wear. Accompanied by COA from James Spence Authentication (JSA).
