Ralph McQuarrie is undoubtedly one of the most influential creative forces in Star Wars history. His initial concept artwork and sketches helped create numerous memorable characters in the film and perhaps more importantly helped assist Lucas to prove to 20th Century Fox that "Star Wars" was a project worth funding (and thank goodness they did!).

While McQuarrie will forever be remembered as the Academy Award winning concept illustrator that he was, Star Wars fans also fondly remember his cameo role as "General McQuarrie" in "The Empire Strikes Back". While only a brief appearance, it is forever praised in the Star Wars universe.

Paying homage to the famed cameo, this trading card sized photo has been nicely hand signed by McQuarrie in blue felt tip marker. In excellent condition. Authenticated and encapsulated by PSA/DNA.
