Partly-printed 19" x 15" 1962 Presidential document signed at the conclusion in black ballpoint by John F. Kennedy. Signed on May 12th, 1962 which was an important day for the Kennedy Administration, ordering troops to Thailand in preparation for a possible attack from Laos during the Vietnam War. Kennedy would appoint Dr. Walter Johnson, a former speech writer for Franklin D. Roosevelt, to “Member of the United States Advisory Commission on International Education and Cultural Affairs." Overall in excellent condition, especially for these Presidential documents that typically have rigid handling wear. Accompanied by a full letter of authenticity from PSA/DNA.
