Offered here is a Grover Cleveland signed commission for a Captain of the 19th Regiment of Infantry, dated January 10, 1887. The document exhibits typical folds, one through the lighter brown ink signature of Secretary of War William Endicott. Cleveland's dark ink signature is strong and stands away from the folds. The blue Presidential seal is in excellent condition with just one tooth bent in. Accompanied by a full Letter of Authenticity from PSA/DNA.
