This American Federation of Musicians Contract is signed by Jerry Lee Lewis and is dated January 16, 1965. Lewis was signed to perform two 45-minute shows per day on on January 22nd and January 23rd for a total amount of $1000,at the Flamingo Club in Kentucky. The contract is one page, measuring 8.5" x 11" with two punch holes at the top and signed by Lewis at the bottom. Some tearing and handling wear to the edges, but overall in fine condition for a used performance contract! COA from PSA/DNA.
