Presidential-era signed 9.5" x 15.5" 1830 Land Grant by President Andrew Jackson in black steel tip pen. Overall in good condition with two horizontal folds and two vertical folds, otherwise fine. Later in Jackson's administration, the task of signing land grants was relegated to the a secretary, so this document is rare! There are three heavy vertical folds and has a tear missing toward the bottom left (perhaps from being slightly burned). It is countersigned by the Commissioner of the General Land Office Elijah Hayward. Presidential seal is missing. Accompanied by a full letter of authenticity from PSA/DNA.
