This document is dated April 15th, 1825. President John Quincy Adams signed at the bottom "J.Q. Adams". President Adams grants Jesse Cain 240 acres of land in Missouri. It is countersigned by Commissioner of the General Land Office, George Graham. There are some vertical folds in the document. It also has some light toning and foxing with some show-through from docketing on the reverse. The white wafer seal is toned with a small separation at the top, but intact. Overall in fine condition. Accompanied by full Letter of Authenticity from PSA/DNA.
