This special "White Pages" edition of Harley Quinn #0 has had the partially blank cover nicely filled in with a sketch of Harley Quinn drawn by the man behind the character himself, Frank Miller. He has added his flourishing autograph to the right of the sketch. The book is in excellent condition and the piece has been given the grade of 9.2 and encapsulated by CGC Signature Series.
