Offered here is an original 1968 Apollo Spacecraft Memorandum containing and official Apollo Spacecraft Review, which has been signed on the cover by astronaut and eventual moonwalker Dave Scott. The memorandum was owned and used by Scott, and Scott's name has been inscribed to the top right corner of the front page by an unknown hand (presumably an admin or secretary). It is full of mission information and was distributed to about 60 of the main NASA players in the program. It details some of the problems and issues that needed to be dealt with for future missions, including the Apollo 11 mission. There is also a distribution list that includes Deke Slayton, George Abbey, Edwin Buzz Aldrin, and others. In fine condition with expected handling wear, partially attributed to Scott. It is accompanied by a COA from PSA/DNA.
